Testing :Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.

Participating in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of features.

Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, user task analysis, wire framing, usability testing, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.

Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules , determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks

  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively taking a lead role on agile scrum teams in various roles, including, but not limited to, Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface designer, Tester.(need to check with mam)
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with end-users, product/service , and technology teams at all organizational levels.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Assisting in preparing materials for end-users post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting.
  • Developing Epics, Story Maps, and User Stories detailing feature requirements, including wireframes, process flows, and example data, as necessary.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
