RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Error in Services:

   If there is an error in the services provided, we may issue a refund of the Entry Fee, provided that the issue is genuine and substantiated after an investigation by Sciflare Technologies.

2. Understanding the Rules:

   We encourage you to thoroughly read the rules of the Fantasy Sports Pro before participating

3. Registration Cancellation:

   Once a registration is entered, it generally cannot be canceled. However, in exceptional circumstances where the issue may be due to the payment gateway or our system, we will consider cancellation requests and, if approved, refund the Entry Fee within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refunds for Cancellations:

   If your participation in any Mobile Game or Contest is canceled by us, we will refund your Entry Fee within a reasonable timeframe. You may use the refunded amount to enter other Contests on our platform.

5. Refund Process:

   We strive to offer the best user experience. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used. For payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be processed to the same account.

6. Account Balance Usage:

   Users must use any funds in their account within 365 days. After this period, Sciflare Technologies reserves the right to forfeit any unused balance. Withdrawals of idle balance amounts may be permitted only in exceptional cases, determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sciflare Technologies.

7. Processing Time:

   Refund requests will be processed efficiently within 48 hours.

8. League Cancellations:

   If a user joins a paid league and the match is unexpectedly canceled, the user’s fees will be refunded to their App wallet.
