Winning with Purpose: A Recognition Beyond the Title

Innovation, to me, has never been a buzzword. It’s a mindset a daily practice. So when I was invited to the Global Business Conclave (GBC) South Asia Awards 2025, I didn’t expect to walk away with the title of Entrepreneur of the Year for Innovation in Technology. But when I did standing on that stage it wasn't just about me. It was about every problem we solved, every line of code we’ve written, and every client who trusted our vision.

This award is a reflection of the incredible journey we’ve had at Sciflare Technologies. I see it not as a personal win but as a recognition of the shared purpose that binds us as a team: to transform businesses with scalable, intelligent, and future-ready digital solutions.

Over the years, we've evolved from a tech service provider to a strategic solution partner, helping businesses unlock the full potential of:

• Domain-specific AI agents

• And more recently, Agentic AI – allowing teams to do more, with less, and faster than ever before.

I’ve always been passionate about using the latest technologies to solve real-world challenges — and not just build for the sake of it. Whether it’s helping a fintech scale user onboarding by 4x, redefining a fantasy sports platform with real-time scoring engines, or building AI assistants for healthcare, the goal has always been the same: value for the end user.

After nearly two decades of working across tech, investment, and entrepreneurship, I’ve learned that the ability to go to market fast, scale smart, and secure funding aligned to business growth is what differentiates dreamers from doers. That’s what we do at Sciflare and that’s what keeps me inspired every single day.

What made this award especially meaningful was receiving it from Jonty Rhodes — someone I admired growing up, whose journey reflects excellence, resilience, and evolution. To be handed this honor by a childhood hero? That’s a full-circle moment I’ll always cherish.
